New opportunities, shared expertise and an international vision to support the energy transition.
We are pleased to announce an important new chapter in Studio Santi’s history: an agreement has been reached for our company to join Phenna Group, an international provider of Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) services.
Founded in 2001 by Federico Santi, Studio Santi has built over 25 years of experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, building performance and sustainability, supporting companies and organisations through consultancy, technical assurance and regulatory compliance services.
A new stage of growth
Joining Phenna Group represents an important opportunity for Studio Santi to continue its growth and international development.
Studio Santi will become part of Phenna Group’s Built Environment Division in EMEA, bringing its specialist expertise to the Group while benefiting from an international network of knowledge, resources and experience.
The partnership will create further opportunities for our clients, combining expertise across energy management and sustainability, renewable energy technical due diligence, solar photovoltaic and battery energy storage system design reviews, construction quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Continuity, expertise and new opportunities
Studio Santi will continue to operate under its established name, retaining the specialist expertise, client focus and approach that have defined the company since its foundation.
As Federico Santi, Founder and CEO of Studio Santi, highlights, this represents a new stage in the company’s journey and an opportunity to combine technical expertise, innovation and practical experience within an international group.
This new dimension will allow us to continue supporting our clients as they address the challenges of the energy transition, sustainability and regulatory compliance, with access to an even broader range of expertise and capabilities.
The transaction remains subject to final regulatory clearance under the applicable Italian legislation.
