The testing service, in its various meanings, is a fundamental phase of the execution of public and private works. The Administrative Technical Testing is the act that certifies the compliance of the work with the contractual documents, certifying the full quality of the work from every technical-economic, functional and performance profile. The Technical-Functional Testing of the Plants, defined by Ministerial Decree 37/2008 and partially comparable to the Commissioning procedures, specifically concerns the plants, their characteristics and the compliance with the requirements of the project and the needs of the Client. The Static Testing, defined by the NTC2018, aims to evaluate and judge the performance of the works and structural components included in the project sent to the competent control bodies.
