The safety coordination in the design phase (CSP) and in the execution phase of the work (CSE) is regulated by D.Lgs. 81/2008. The person in charge as CSP has the task of coordinating the preventive and protective measures, for the protection of the safety and health of the workers of the contracted works and the subsequent works on the site, through the drafting of the Safety and Coordination Plan. The CSE, on the other hand, has tasks of continuous supervision and control on the construction site, ensuring its correctness and safety, reporting non-compliance to the client or to the works supervisor, guaranteeing the application of the provisions of the Safety and Coordination Plan for the entire duration of the construction site.
