The current Fire Prevention Regulations D.P.R. 151/2011 identifies the activities that are subject to fire prevention controls and regulates the various administrative procedures (project evaluation, fire prevention certificate, etc.) for obtaining authorizations. In most cases, the certifications required in these authorization procedures must be issued by fire prevention professionals registered in the lists of the Ministry of the Interior.
