Energy audit
The energy audit, or energy diagnosis, is the first step of any energy efficiency initiative in the civil and industrial fields. It is a systematic procedure, regulated by UNI CEI EN 16247, aimed at obtaining an adequate knowledge of the energy consumption profile of a building, group of buildings, activities, industrial, commercial, public or private service, aimed at identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and their technical-economic analysis in terms of cost-benefit during the entire life cycle. D.Lgs. 102/2014 introduced the obligation of energy audits every 4 years for large companies and energy-intensive companies.
Studio Santi routinely draws up energy audits for the civil and industrial sector of large public and private companies: in most cases, these audits are the basis of the energy efficiency process subsequently implemented.
