Conto Termico, governed by the D.M. 16/02/2016 and managed by the GSE (Gestore dei Servizi Energetici, Energy Services Manager), encourages energy efficiency and the production of thermal energy from renewable sources in buildings. The beneficiaries are mainly public administrations, but also companies and individuals, who can access funds for 900 million euros per year, of which 200 are specifically intended for public administrations.

Studio Santi has gained depth experience in the use of this important tool, both by providing technical and administrative assistance to the GSE for the evaluation of the files, and by providing technical support to public and private entities that have benefited from the incentive.
