The Construction Manager (or, for complex works, the Construction Management Office) is the figure appointed by the Client – based on the type of works to be carried out and the experience required – in order to follow the progress of the construction site and ensure the correct execution of the works according to the contract. This service, regulated by D.Lgs. 50/2016, D.Lgs. 81/2008 and by the recent Guidelines referred in D.M. 49/2018, is fundamental in both the public and private sectors to ensure the execution of the works to perfection and within the contractual deadlines.
