The organization chart of Studio Santi has 6 engineers, 3 architects and 5 professionals of different specializations, as well as 3 permanent collaborators, engineers, not in the organization chart but continuously involved.
The female component of Studio Santi’s organization chart is 50%, the average age is 38 and 70% of the team has at least a master’s degree. In addition, Studio Santi normally collaborates with a series of partner studios that can reinforce the working group and/or provide additional specializations if necessary.

Federico Santi
Technical Director and Sole Administrator
Electrotechnical engineer, PhD in energy, lecturer in “Models of analysis of energy systems” at the “Sapienza” University (master’s degree course in Energy Engineering), UNI 11339 certified EGE for the industrial and civil sectors, Energy Manager and designer of energy efficiency interventions and use of renewable energy for public and private companies, technical advisor of UniCredit Project Finance, registered since 1999 with the Order of Engineers of Rome, 20 years of experience as consultant, designer, construction manager, tester.
He has taught at the Universities of Nanjing and Lund, is the author of over 60 articles and chairman/invited speaker at 24 international conferences in 9 countries/4 continents. Board member of the “Francesco Iliceto Association for the Promotion of Electricity Studies”, he coordinates a rural electrification project in Tanzania, with Tanesco and the University of Dar Es Salaam. He is still Energy Manager of the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rome.

Romano Acri
Designer of energy systems, energy efficiency and renewable sources, with 8 years of experience. In Studio Santi since 2012, he is a designer and project manager and coordinates the most complex energy engineering activities. In the building sector he is also the author of over 60 energy diagnoses and certifications.

Francesco Castellani
CasaClima and EGE UNI 11339 certified for the civil sector, fire prevention professional registered in the appropriate lists of the Ministry of the Interior, he is an expert in energy efficiency for buildings. He has gained great expertise in public procurement management and coordinates the activities of Studio Santi for the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art.

Valentina Fantini
BIM user and expert in CAD and graphic rendering, she has achieved BIM certificates for both architecture (advanced level) and systems (MEP). She is also an expert in light design and certified by Schneider Electric for the design of KNX automation systems. He coordinates the project activities of Studio Santi for ENAV.

Gioele Storniolo
Junior auditor for ISO 50001 energy management systems, model maker and designer of energy efficiency interventions, he coordinates the technical advisory activities of Studio Santi for UniCredit Project Finance, in the field of energy efficiency for buildings in the commercial sector.

Emiliano Manzan
Robotics expert with many years of research experience at the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Genova, in Studio Santi he designs mechanical systems and coordinates study and research activities in the thermo-mechanical field. He designed the mechanical and hydraulic systems for the new glass facade of the T3 terminal in Fiumicino and also take care of the development of Magaldi’s new STEM-RES thermal energy storage technology.

Silvia Ferrara
She is a designer of architecture and building works, with particular expertise in facades restyling, redevelopment of common spaces and green areas, interior design. In Romania she was head of the prototype office for a furniture design company.

Claudio Pelosi
Architect and construction manager of architectural works, he has particular experience in the redevelopment of prestigious and listed buildings. He was a volunteer assistant of the faculty of architecture at the University of Naples (Federico II), curating important exhibitions and receiving a special mention from the jury in the 2005 CONCORSOGRAVINA2005 competition.

Araldo Naticchi
Retired after over 40 years in ENEL in the construction sector, for the management of works and as safety coordinator in the largest Italian construction sites, with thousands of workers and hundreds of companies present at the same time, he has worked in Studio Santi for over 10 years, coordinating all Studio Santi activities on site and training young engineers.

Elisa Ceschia
Architectural designer with experience also in construction companies, she has worked for the largest Italian engineering company and is also an expert in public tenders. She has also collaborated in the drafting of articles on environmental issues with WWF Lazio and is the author of publications and projects on the relationship between architecture and environment.

Mauro Fondato
Expert in environmental acoustics, waste and effluent management, safety and fire prevention, he has been collaborating with Studio Santi for over 20 years. He is a teacher of mechanical technology in nautical institutes.

Roberto Sbarra
Coordinates all the activities of Studio Santi related to the design of structures, the management of structural works and static testing. It has designed the water systems for the eastward development of Fiumicino airport (40 million passengers a year) and manages all the tests and static verifications of the works inside the airport, under framework contracts between Aeroporti di Roma and Studio Santi.

Damiano Bernardi
Expert in air conditioning systems in buildings, he assists the engineering team of Studio Santi for these specific activities when necessary. He is among the designers of the redevelopment of the air handling units of the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art.

Martina Mazzau
Responsible for the integrated quality management system of Studio Santi, she supports the technical-administrative management of the Firm, including in particular the management of the team operating on the Portaltermico on behalf of the GSE.

Cristina D’Annunzio
Graduated in languages and in international cooperation, since 2016 she has been in Studio Santi as an analyst of the files of the Conto Termico, in the team that operates on the Portaltermico on behalf of the GSE. She worked nearly 9,000 incentive requests, generating over 12,000 letters.

Sara Santecchi
Since 2016 she has been in Studio Santi as an analyst in the files of the Conto Termico, in the team that operates on the Portaltermico on behalf of the GSE. She has processed over 5,000 incentive requests, generating nearly 9,000 letters.

Federica Virdis
Since 2016 she has been in Studio Santi as an analyst in the preliminary investigations of the Conto Termico, in the team that operates on the Portaltermico on behalf of the GSE. She is also an expert in building and urban planning practices and works on behalf of local authorities in the investigation of requests for urban amnesties.
